Started having clicking sound in my ears about a week ago. Had a physical that was schedule and mention to doctor. They irrigated my ears. Still clicking. About 3 days ago clicking became a constant buzz. 64 year old health male. Only slept one hour last night. Help

Consult a oral physician and get it diagnosed. You can take anti inflammatory drugs like piroxicam . You can also take muscle relaxants like chlorzoxazone.
