Suggest Treatment For Chronic Vertigo And Frequent Hallucinogenic Experiences

I have had constant vertigo for the past three years and for over a year I ve had periodic symptoms of TIA s. In 2015 I was diagnosed with having had a TIA even though an MRI didn t reveal any sign of one. Last spring and continuing to this year I ve been in a frequent, episodic state of mind and hearing that resembles being under the influence of strong marijuana (I m clean from drugs and alcohol almost four years). I m extremely tired all of the time now. Does this sound like anything you ve heard of before? Because doctors around here seem stumped.
