I've had chronic sinusitis for the last 3 years. I've had two surgeries one to flush out my sinuses and one to fix my deviated septum. I've tried powerful antibiotics and steroids. The surgery helped for about a year and now the problems are back. I stay away from dairy products and I often use saline nasal spray. I put my head over a pot of water once a day and i take hot steamy showers. Nothing has been working to reduce the discomfort. Can you give me any home remidies to get the mucus flowing through my sinuses better?
