General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would recommend you to have a transvaginal examination to evaluate the womb and the adnexae (the ovaries and the rest of the space in the pelvic area). This will rule out tumors in these organs.

According to the result of the transvaginal ultrasound, the doctor will determine further management.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
