Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pain In Lower Back And Feet

First, thank you in advance for fielding my inquiries. I started having numbness and tingling in my feet in 2006. At this same time I started having symptoms of lower back pain. In 2011 I had an artificial disk implant at L5-S1. My symtoms progressed over time and my back surgery severely intensified my feet pain. I take Lyrica 75mg 3x/day. It helps, but it doesn't fully alleviate the hot, stabbing pain in my feet. I am 49 and active in the gym 3-4x/week. I grit the pain because I know the exercise is essential. The Lyrica creates instability, causes blurry vission, and makes it hard to concentrate. I have tried Elavil which helped, but when it began interfering with my bladder and creating constipation, I had to give it up. I deal with chronic pain and need a viable solution. I would appreciate your guidance.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, with the pain medicine you have to drink more water and have fibber containing diet as much as you can this is the only best option you have, else you need to bear the pain as hard as you could then the time comes when intensity of pain go on reducing and you would have nice analgesic effect, this would seems difficulty but not impossible, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
