Suggest Treatment For Chronic Neck And Lower Back Pain

I have had chronic neck and lower back problems culminating in a prolapse disc on 2/01/13. I lost my brother on 10/01/13 and then was put on a multitude of pills for the pain. From approx 11/13 i had heaches daily. The pain was above my left eye near the temple. My dr didnt think the headaches were important. For 18 months i had the daily headache and since 12/15, have been on Lyrica for nerve pain. My rigjt hand is numb from depression at my neck. I m having a Laminectomy 2/03/17. I have recently re-developed Porphyria Cutanes Tardas. NOW I think I have had a stroke. Had a photo taken recently and nnoticed my left side of face has dropped. Did i possibly have a stroke and was unaware due to the above probs? I also have PTSD and depression. I need to be proactive. Phew! Thankyou
