Suggest Treatment For Chronic Nausea

I have chronic intermittent Nassau for the last couple weeks, I take no medications, am 49 Female. Have had a gastric bypass 15 yrs ago, have recently had iron via IV for six months. No ulcer, recent gastro scope and colonoscopy in Feb. have Celiac diagnosis.

Celia disease causes gastritis and re flux. it can be controlled removing all gluten from diet. it isa protein found in wheat barley and rye.
