I m female, 50 yes old, caucassion, suffer with severe chronic daily Migraine Disease-not well controlled but PCP is trying-current tx is Cymbalta, Promethazine, Percocet 10/325, Nortryptaline, not employed, approved as disabled due to Migraine Disease, have scoliosis-tx with Diclofenac, mild hypertension(130/80) treated with LisinoprilHTZ, hypothyroid tx with, depression newly tx with Cymbalta, Osteo-arthritis-severe in bi-lat knees-not being tx but is debilitating, anxiety-tx with Diazepam, Trigeminal Neuralgia of the face-tx with Diazepam, severe tinnitis-untreated, weight is 400 lbs. I ve been noticing a new pattern but unsure what it s connected to. It begins with a sudden on-set of extreme fatigue & over-all weakness, then extreme increase in tinnitis but a different pitch, increase in Migraine pain with an over-all feeing of illness sort of like a bad case of the flu. This will last 1-3 days and will improve as the Migraine becomes very severe and remains so for a few days. The feeling of the Migraine is not new but the flu-ishness is. It seems to be happening 1-3 times a week. What do you think it is?
