Suggest Treatment For Chronic Headache,back Spasm And Nausea
I have had a headache for 8 yrs steady now have had 6 spinal taps within 2 yrs opening Pressure of 38-36 white blood cell count high MRI Normal last spinal tap was bloody now having Nausea, back spasms for 5 months could this be cause by the bloody tap

Based On the facts, You mostly seem to suffer from-
?Meningism with mild infection with dural infection-post repeated spinal taps with IC pressure rise.Last tap causing it does not correlate with the the high IC (intra-cranial)pressure.
Treatment-
CT skull and brain to assess effects from raised IC pressure.
Clinical watch for any development to further deterioration is required from Physician / anaesthetic attending.
IV Antibiotics x 7-10 days time
With Tab Motrin-x ..."""....
Iv Mannitol with lasix to reduce the raised Intra-Cranial Pressure.
Other causes of Chronic headache need to be ruled out before treating the spasm of back and nausea accompanied with headache.
Second opinion from Anaesthetic or Physician would resolve this issue.
