Suggest Treatment For Chronic Excessive Vaginal Bleeding

Hello my name is Tonya I have been having excessive vaginal bleeding for over 8 months straight it s very heavy I would be lucky to say it s slowed down a couple times and that was only when I took a 10 day supplement of medroxyprogesterone I ve become very anemic I ve had one transfusion for this same reason back in 2012 it was treated with balziva birth control for 2 years no problem and then I relocated and didn t have a doctor so no more medicine it s started all over again been 8 months feeling week and scared obgyn say hormone imbalance I fear ever having a transfusion again and or having to surgery I want kids in future plz give advice how to stop

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the profuse menses bleeding then apart from the hormone imbalance other systemic disorder need to be ruled out in most of the cases ITP would be likely cause and it need to be ruled out, till the hemostatic agent can be tried for bleeding to be stopped, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
