Suggest Treatment For Chronic Dry Cough

I have had a dry cough for about 3 months coughing up clear gel and been out off breath been to doctors had antibiotics and striod tablets still no better had function test plus inhalers waiting to see somebody at hospital on the 4 November not sleeping

Dry cough implies presence of cough without any sputum or any discharge.
It is commonly caused by irritation in the throat.
Suppression of cough is required to stop dry cough.
Antibiotic is not required for dry cough because it is not caused by infectious agent.
Cough suppressant is required to suppress the cough.
Consult your primary health care provider for clinical assessment and prescription of medication.
