hi, I have chronic colonic spasms during menstruation and have stabbing rectal pain during my periods. I am a female 39, weight 115 kg, height 5 7 . my doc gave me ibscim which helped but after stopping the medicine symptoms occurred again. how long can ibscim be taken at a stretch.

It may be a pain due to endometriosis. You need a diagnostic laparoscopy to rule out the cause. Also, meet a gynaecologist for the solution of the problem. This disease is due to the deposit of the endometrial tissue which is present in the uterus into the abdominal cavity and leads to severe crampy pain with associated infertility in patients.
