Suggest Treatment For Chronic Back Pain

I was told several years ago I have scoliosis and I just recently found out my son has what they call pressure palsy.i have been suffering with cronic back pain in the shoulder and lower back was told in 2009 I have ribs that stay popped out due to nerve damage what can cause all of this it is more difficult to find work cause of lifting issues and the tingling and numbness I frequently get

Hello,

Determined to give some tests:

1. MRI of the back
2. Blood test for WBC, ESR, CRP

Some drugs that can be used for arresting back pain:

1. Paracetamol and if more severe, Ibuprofen

2. Skeletal muscle relaxants

3. If nothing works, you can go to a hospital/clinic to get Epidural corticosteroid injection (ESI).

4. Heat Therapy and Massage Therapy

Although, the test results are needed and proper counseling and physical examination are also suggested.

With all test results, please refer to a neurologist. Your case is suspected to be neural origin pain.
