hi,
thank you for providing the brief history of you.
A thorough neuro-muscular assessment is advised further.
Since you have been taking alot of medicines, it is unsure if the symptoms faced by you are directly or indirectly related to it. Also, stopping the medicine completely will help understand this better.
Also, you are having a
chronic back pain, an MRI of the lumbar spine is recommended which can help understand the
soft tissue injury in the region and help assistance to plan a
rehabilitation process.
Undergoing
physical therapy - therapeutic ultrasound therapy, TENS therapy will help reduce the pain. Also, post this, exercises will be made planned to strengthen the core muscles, spinal muscles, pelvic floor muscles and lower limb muscles. Usually in
chronic pain patients undergo physical therapy and this has helped them better in my personal practice. Post physical therapy completion the exercises needs to be performed at home on regular basis to avoid recurrence of the back pain.
In my personal experience i have seen 99% success in such cases with rest, posture correction, physical therapy and medication.
