General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Chronic or acute, the anal fissure means there is a small wound at the anal verge with or without a sentinel pile that is a skin tag and when there is hard stool, the wound would open up to cause pain, bleeding, spasm and so on.
Hence if the wound gets healed, there is no pain then it is healed.
Also go for the following:
Sitz bath before and after passing stool and in the evening.
Laxatives to keep the stools soft.
If there is no improvement within a few weeks, go for surgery as advised by your General Surgeon.
Take high fiber die.
Avoid stress and anxiety.
Continue sports.
