Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello. Welcome to HCM.

I am Dr Jigar ( infectious disease specialist). Let me You in this.

From the presentation it seems that your child suffers from malaria. I will advice you to do the blood count, peripheral smear for malaria and malarial antigen rapid test.

Meanwhile you should give him proper oral hydration and paracetamol for fever according to his weight. Specific theray should be initiated only after confirmation of diagnosis and under the guidance of pediatrician doctor.

I hope this will help you. Feel free to ask for any other help.
