Suggest Treatment For Child Suffering From Fever And Pus Cells In Urine

My child has an occurence of pus cells in urine for about 3 months now. She has been treated for uti but the pus cells and fever recur in about 2 weeks. She does not have any other symptoms of uti. She is 5 and now has been advised a CT scan. What is advisable/

Hi,

Rather than a CT scan which involves radiation - I would prefer an ultrasound as I feel that this could be recurrent urinary tract infection or it could be a stone.
