Suggest Treatment For Chicken Pox Causing Mild Fever And Blisters On Body

my age is 21 i have been affected by chicken pox, although i have been vaccinated in my young age. i have a mild fever now but it was really high till last night and i have these blisters all over my body but they don't itch but however i have an itchy sensation on my groins and are about 7 to 9 blisters under my foreskin of my penis which mostly gives me an itchy sensation so please do tell me what should i do i have consulted a doctor and he told me it will go automatically and gave me 3 tablets peracitamol,citrazen nd another one for energy and said that antivirals dnt wrk and will give you sideffects too so please do guide me to what should i do

what I would sugesst to you is to drink planty of water to avoid a lack of fluid in the body (dehydration. Take paracetamol or Ibubrofen to ease high temperature or aches and pain that you might feel or have. you can use soothing creams(emollients)put on the spots ,may ease itching. Antihistaminic drugs taken before bedtime may help you sleep well if the itching persist. Antiviral pills such as aciclovir can limit the severity of chickenpox. These pills do not kill the virus, but stop the virus from multiplying, Antiviral medication is especially useful in situations where chickenpox can be more serious.
