Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain, Extra Thirst And Slightly Dizzy

Hello, I m a 35 yo female, not taking any meds at this time, and have not had any recent surgeries or treatments. I ve been having on and off chest pains that started on sat at about 8pm. At 1st it was a really sharp pain followed by tingling in my right had and left foot.. Since then in connection with the chest pain, I ve felt strong pains in my upper left back, been extremely fatigue, extra thirsty, slightly dizzy, and lazy.. My menstrual cycle started on fri so I assumed it was a connection. However my blood flow is heavier that normal and the chest pains remain

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you are having hormonal imbalanceas a cause of all these.
But as arule, we have to rule out cardiac cause in left sided chest pain.
So better to get done ECG first.
If this is normal than mostly it is due to hormonal imbalance.
So consult gynecologist.
I also advice you to drink plenty of fluids and avoid stress, anxiety and tension.
As anxiety, stress can cause such symptoms with heavy bleeding in menses.
