I had broken ribs since last October from coughing with a bad cold, they are still hurting, I also have pain in what feels like my stomache muscles, it feels almost like a runners stich that is constant it is on both sides but feel it most on the left

Thanks for your question on HCM.
You are mostly having chest pain due to poor healing of fractured ribs which causes muscular injury too. And both these can cause pain on deep breathing, coughing and sneezing.
So try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting.
2. Avoid strenuous exercise.
3. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
4. Take good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
5. Take calcium supplements.
6. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
7. Wear chest belt to avoid mobilisation of affected area.
