hello,
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
in your information there is some paradoxical information.ECHO can not be normal if heart is enlarged. But some times thickened wall of ventricles produce enlarge shadow on xray chest, this may be a possibility.Commonest cause of such thickened heart walls is high BP.few normal readings of blood pressure do not rule out hypertension.I suggest you to get Ambulatory BP monitoring ro rule out hypertension in your case.
i need to review your ecg, echo to guide you properly
My best wishes
