Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Upper Back Pain While Breathing

I m having chest pain and passion in my mid upper back when I breathe. I went to the er with the same symptoms a week ago and all tests came up negative. Chest xrays, ct scans, EKG, spinal tap, echo cardiogram, and lots of blood work. The only consistent problem was extremely low potassium. What could be causing this?

Hi thanks for asking question.
Here as all report are normal there are less chance of serious respiratory or heart condition.
Here are few possibilities.
First it can be because of low pottasium.hypokelemia can lead to muscle ache with muscular weakness.
Second it can be because of viral infection.symptomatic management done for it.
Thirdly it can be because of musculoskeletal pain as improper sleep posture or heavy weight bearing.
If still problem continue then pulmonary function test done to rule out early bronchitis like obstructive cause or restrictive diseases.
I hope my suggestion will help you.
