Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Tingling Sensation In Arms

i have been getting chest pains and tingling arm since at least Christmas just gone I have had blood tests numerous ecgs and a echo scan all normal and been told its not my heart how accurate are these I also have very bad teeth and am sure I have a tooth infection but cant find nhs dentist some doctors have advised my symptoms could be because of infection where as others have laughed it off and doctors reluctant to deal with what may be a dental problem and when I go to a and e they just check for heart problems I also had chest xray which was clear

ECG and echo are good investigations and would clearly demonstrate heart disease if it is present.
If these were normal then heart disease is not likely present.

The normal chest x ray makes lung disease also unlikely.

Chest pain can be related to any structure in the chest from the skin inwards- skin, esophagus, bones, ligaments.
It may also be due to anxiety as well
