Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath
i was recently in hospital for chest pai and shortnrss of breath.i had stress test and echo cardiogram.it was same as two yrs ago.said cardiologist,they seem to think its lung related, however im still experiencing chest pressure and shortnss of breath and heaviness in both armsif i take nitro it goes aeay and comes back in an hr. i have 5stents in heart. YYYY@YYYY dr said not to go to hospital unless i need 3 nitros in 45 min
thanks for asking your question i completely understand your problem actually u already have angina for which you take nitro if you have a smoking history . then u need to see a pulmonologist who can guide you . he may perform some small tests if important and if needed he ll start you on some inhaled drugs that works best in cases of breathlessness that is caused by copd , a disease caused by smoking. in inhaled drygs according yo the stage pulmonologist will start you on inhaled beta 2 agonists and steroids or a simple anticholinergic named tiitropium or both this is the best treatment now a days according to global initiative for obstructive lung diseases like copd this inhaled drug treatment will be safest also according to your heart issues thanks/ regards feel free to ask more questions may god bless you with good health
