Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And High BP

hi doc, my father having chest pain in left lateral side of chest exactly 4th 5th 6th intercostal space 2 cm left to the mid clavicular line & along with area around the apex of the heart.. he is telling that the pain was typically needle pricking type. suddenly it comes and goes out with in 15 minutes . his ECG was normal. he had high blood pressure and taking olmighty tablet for that..!he had also high cholesterol level in blood and atorvastatin tablet was taking fr that...!can you help me to find out what could be the reason?

Pain in that area with such character is unlikely cardiac in orgen could be due to chest wall or pleuritic chest pain both are not serious condition and should go spontaneously unless patient has underlying lung infection which will need antibiotics. X-ray chest will be helpful.
