Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Discomfort

I have had discomfort in the centre of my chest for two days. it comes and goes. it hurts more if I breathe in deeply or bend down and lie down. it also is painful if I press in on my chest with my hand. sometimes I have felt my heartbeat for a minute or two. I wondered if I should see a doctor. I am in a stressful environment at work at the moment and could it be stress

Chest pain could be due to problems in Heart , Lungs , Lung coverings ( Pleura ) , Muscular problems , Hyper acidity or Nerve compression at neck Level .

In your case I feel it's due to Either Muscular Problem or Hyper acidity. Both these conditions can occur as a complication of long standing Stress. The treatment for these condition is simple but important is proper Stress management .

But I also advise you to get an EKG done to check in case any Heart problem is there or not . If your EKG is normal then ask your doctor for prescription of Rabeprezole and a Muscle relaxant .

If stress level is very high kindly consult a Psychiatrist for Counselling.
