Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Diarrhea

I was out for Thai meal last night around 8pm went to bed at 11pm feeling fine and was woken up with pains under my chest . I was then very sick and had diarrhoea for most of the night . Do you think this was food poisoning ? What should I do today ? Sip water? Eat toast

- drink ors (oral rehydration solution)
- take tablet ciplox tz BD(twice a day) for 3days atleast.
toast is fine to eat...
and take rest..
if also having burning sensation in chest then u can take..
- omiprazole 20mg capsule OD( once a day) for 3 days
