Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Costochondritis

i went to the doctor about 3 days ago because i had pain in my right chest. i am 23 yr old female. i had an ekg, chest x-rays, and blood test. in the middle of them testing me my doctors switched. the first doctor said i had costochondritis and the second said i had post cordial catch syndrome. Either way they are almost the same. They prescribed me naproxen for anti-inflammatory and some type of muscle relaxer. I have been taking the naproxen twice a day and a muscle relaxer once before i go to bed bc it hurts more when i lay on my back. The pain has gotten worse- i feel it in my back and shoulder, it began as random sharp pains, now it is almost constant pain. I took a naproxen this morning (which typically dulls down the pain) and it didn't help at all.... should i be worried or is this normal with costochondritis?
