Suggest Treatment For Chest Discomfort And Heartburn

In my upper left chest area; I have a burning discomfort which started two days ago. It comes and goes, after eating & when I walk for a steady period. I just ran up a full story of steps and no pain. I feel no pressure or squeezing in the chest. No radiating pain anywhere. Also, I reviewed the current symptoms of a heart attack, and I have none of the symptoms laid out except chest discomfort. Since my pain is over the left side of my chest, I have to think it is heart related. The pain is always a burning type, near the sternum moving up inside and high upper left chest. I am one that really never recalls having any type of heartburn events. Also, I have not had any gallbladder problems. I plan to call my doctor on Monday. Any advice would be appreciated. At this time, I have no heart problems in my history.

Better to go for echocardiogram and if needed than echo cardiograph....ur symbol s are common in both heart and acid peptic disease but since its on left side u must get evaluated to rule out any heart ailment.
