Suggest Treatment For Chest Congestion

Nose slight congestion in a.m and p.m....sometimes after eating ,,,bread,,,pizza,,,crackers...use nettipot to help relieve congestion bout 3-4 times a day...sometimes after working in the yard too...live in Florida...two oak tress outside front door..whisteria ot back...crepe myrtles on side. Ughhhh don t know what is setting it off...food or flora....all year long Help?
