Suggest Treatment For Chest Congestion And Mucus In The Nose
I have had chest congestion and mucus in my nose for over 6 months. I've been through 3 rounds of antibiotics with no cessation. I used a nebulizer and inhalator which got rid of the congestion in my chest but the condition still persists with thick white mucus in nose and back of nasal/throat area. My breathing doesn't seem to be challenged, I don't cough much although every now and them (once every two hours) I can feel a hinderance in my airways in the upper chest area that doesn't cause a cough. Haven't had a chest xray yet but there's no fluid in lungs revealed by a stethoscope diagnosis.

Get your chest x ray done because symptoms are still not fully recovered.
X ray might suggest whether it could be pneumonia like condition or COPD like changes.
Pulmonary function test also helpful in distinguish between restrictive and obstructive cause.
Meanwhile drink more water with fruit juice.
Take regular steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil.
Avoid smoking strictly.
Green leaf veg helpful.
Elecampane like Ayurvedic drug is helpful.
Lobelia is useful herbal remedy for respi problems.
