Suggest Treatment For Chest Congestion And Cough

I had a virus starting 2 weeks ago, lots of congestion and coughing, which is gone, but left me with a wound at the base of my nose that won t heal. It scabs over, then cracks and bleeds, but the wound edges are not receding. What OTC options are best?

Hello,

Please go for steam inhalation. antihistaminic as cetrizine and antiinflammatory as ibuprofen. Do not irritate scabbed area. It will heal by itself.
