Suggest Treatment For Chest Congestion After Having Mitral Valve Replacment

My grandfather is 76 and he has had a mitral valve replacment 2 years ago then about 6 months ago is started having chest congestion and it is still happening it sometimes makes it to were he can breath very well what can we do? we have tried just about everything

In the given situation-You seem to suffer from-Mitral Valve Regurgitation with Right side failure,causing this chest congestion.
Consults with Cardiac Surgeon who would treat it with medications.
