Joint Replacement Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

If the pain is tolerable please avoid analgesics. Start cervical static exercises. Also get one X ray of cervical spine done. Avoid any yoga or physiotherapy which causes stress over cervical spine. Please consult nearby available Orthopaedician.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Vijay Meena, Joint Replacement Surgeon
