Suggest Treatment For Cervical Spondylosis

Hi,i am 30 yrs old and working in a IT comapny since 2002.

Last 6 days i faced the problem in moving my right side neck and also arm.This is also going toward my fingers.I consult a doctor regarding this,he told this is cervical spondylosis and advise me for X-ray and also prescribe some Pain relief medicine.

One thing is that,last 6 days I am not able to sleep in bed or floor .The intensity of Pain is more during night and after sleeping.Suggest to whome i should consult(orthopedics/Neurologist).And all these pain releif medecine are not working at a.ll

Dear Sir,
Kindly go physiotherapy (IFT and ICT), IFT for pain relief and ICT for muscle stretch, Physiotherapist teach initially free neck exercises and after reduction from pain do Neck Strengthening exercises. Neck pain may recurrent, Neck Strengthening exercises are permanent solution for that.
