Suggest Treatment For Cervical Spondylosis

I am suffering from Cervical Spondylosis. I have been prescribed Vertin 16 twice a day and also for physiotherapy. Even after taking Vertin 16 for more than 20 days and physiotherapy I still have a problem of detour any time. It s frequency is lesser but not completely clear. Can you suggest as I have to continue Vertin 16 and if yes then for how many days/month. Thanks.

* Cervical spondylosis management is a multiple approach issue.

@ Regular physiotherapy with an expert physio.
@ Anti-inflammatory drugs to alleviate the level of the pain scale.
@ Postural adaptions as per the doctor`s guidelines.
@ Vertin intake as per the symptomatic recovery from the vertigo sensation and intensity.

Every individual case has to be evaluated for a particular drug intake period calculation, and your consultant is the best person to do that.
