Hello,

Celiac sprue is only treatment is discontinuation of the gluten-containing food. Like wheat, oats, barley, rye etc.

The possibility of skin involvement will be there in celiac disease it is called the dermatitis herpetidiformis.

So you may use local moisturizing cream and steroids to avoid wheat products.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
