Suggest Treatment For Carpal Tunnel Syndrome In Right Hand

I have severe carpul tunnel in my right hand and the pain is waking me up every night as well it is constant all day to the point of hurting to move my fingers. My work is suffering and i have been to the emergency hospital where they gave me t3 s and Naproxen 500mg to take twice a day. But they dont seem to be working. I have surgery scheduled but not until may 6, 2015. I would just like to not be in pain until then. Any sugestions as to what may work for me?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Severe carpal tunnel syndrome only way to get relief is surgery. Since your median nerve is compressed at carpal tunnel it needs to be released for relief. Meanwhile you can take tab ultracet at night with tab vitamin B12 plus pregabalin 75mg at bedtime for pain relief. Take tab medrol 8mg twice a day for 7 days. Hope that this drugs helps. Ultimate treatment is surgery which needs to be done asap to get permanent relief and prevent damage to nerve.
