They kept me off work for about 3 months . Sfter about 4 months back at work I felt similar to when I had my stroke i went directly to hospital and admitted for a cardiac infarction but after all testing was done they found no blocked arteries or veins, I then moved to Georgia with my wife where with no warning I became kind of erractic and my wife called the hospital and they diagnosed me with a pulmonary embolism I was on oxygen24 hours per day for the first 5 months they then did more testing and found that I DID NOT HAVE SLEEP Apnea but they found that the oxygen level in my blood was 82% while I was sleeping I was then told to go back on oxygen every night and during the daytime as needed what should be done next? P.S. I also have several torn muscles in my knee and shoulders as well as a messed up back plus broken bones in my right foot and ankle
Respected sir I am very sorry for all problems you are facing . You have not mentioned what problems or symptoms you exactly had at that time .Once you have mentioned ischemic stroke that is basically a clot in the brain. .next you mentioned about ischemic heart disease ..you have one episode of pulmonary embolism also we need to ask few questions regarding your other risk factors for ischemia such as do you hypertensiondiabetesdyslipidemia your weight whether you ever smoked or not..at present you need to maintain your blood pressure less than 120/80.your BMI should be less than 25.do regular exercise..eat diet rich in fruits and vegetables . Salt and saturated fat restricted diet. You need few medicines that you need to take every day. .such as betablocker ACE inhibitors anti platelets and lipid lowering agents.but all these in a qualified doctors supervision . Hope this will help..For your bone and muscle discuss with a orthopaedic surgeon .
