Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of pain in the hip indicate of Lumbar Radiculopathy. An MRI lumbar spine is advised. Due to nerve root entrapment, there is a pain in the hip.

Using lumbar stabilization brace, hot water fermentation should help reduce the symptoms. Also, a physiotherapist will be of help to reduce the pain with the help of the therapeutic ultrasound therapy and TENS therapy.

Since it's a fracture at the D12/T12 it is advised to take complete bed rest with hot water fermentation to reduce the muscle spasm. Slow and low-intensity exercise to stabilize the core, hip muscles and thigh muscles are advised. Post recovery from the fracture of calcaneum exercise to strengthen the muscles of the foot is advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
