Suggest Treatment For Burst Vein In Shoulder And Pain In Arm

HI. I seem to have a vein in my right shoulder that has "blown". The vein is blueish in color, and about 2 inches long. My shoulder and arm have a bag ache, but no serious sharp pains. Also, I have not bumped or injured this area at all. Is this a situation that may need immediate attention? Thank you
