I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Some advices that I can give to you are:

- Take simethicone medicine.
- Avoid chewing gum.
- Limit your intake of carbonated drinks.
- Avoid foods that cause gas, such as vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils.
- Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw.
- Use lactose-free dairy products (if you are lactose intolerant).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
