Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In The Groin Area
Burning sensation along the testicle to lower right abdomen. At times painful. Screening for urinalysis and mcs culture all negative. Pls advise how else can i detect what is wrong. Ct scan of abdomen shows appendix is not d problem too. Is there any screening or test that can be carried out on the sperm to detect anything or causative organisms.

It could be a superficial fungal infection also called as jock itch. As a first line management topical antifungals like clotrimazole can be applied. If symptoms persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
