Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The burning sensation folllowing roo canal treatment can be because of the nerve injury while giving local anethesia or it can be a burning mouth syndrome. Nothing to be panic, consult a good oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take nerve regenerating drugs like Vitamin B6 and 12, Topical anesthetic like lignocaine and topical analgesics like choline salicylate.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.

Hi
The burning sensation after an rct is a rarity .the rct can not have an aftermath for so long ,while it can be temporarily few days after rct because of the anaesthetic agent .
Since you havent mentioned if the burning sensation is just restricted to the particular area or is present on lips ,tongue and other areas i am presuming it to be a localized sensation .
I advice you to start up with multi vitamin nutrition supplement and visit an oral physician to check for the root canal done , possible gum infection. it will be a last resort to classify this pain as atypical. have faith and take care.
