Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In My Thigh

I have this burning feeling on my right side from my thigh area up my right side. Only on one side and it feels like a "sunburn" but I haven't been out in the sun at all. Very tender to touch. It started on my thigh area and now is moving up my side. Any idea?
