Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of bumps on the lip which is mainly white in color is because of herpes simplex virus infection and autoimmune causes.
Need no to worry about it. Avoid pricking it. Cover skin while exposure to sunlight. Drink lots of water and fluids to re hydrate body. Use antiviralointments such as rich in acyclovir. Visit oral physician once and get oral examination and visual examination done. If its not identifiable then go for culture by taking sample with the help of swab to determine if bacteria, viruses, or fungi may be causing the bumps. Wash face frequently, only with water without use of any chemical agent. Your symptoms will resolve soon. Avoid smoking as it will exaggerate your symptoms.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
