HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

Bumps over genitals after unprotected sexual exposure could be due to Sexually transmitted disease. Though the chance of non sexually transmitted disease is also there but the first thing that has to be considered is Sexually transmitted disease.

One more possibility is an allergy causing these bumps. It requires a personal examination of the bumps to determine whether its due to Sexually transmitted disease or something else. So I advise you to post the picture of the bumps so that I can tell you what it is .

If you can't upload the picture then better consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. Till you get treated kindly practice protected sex.

Hope this information is useful to you.
Any clarification feel free to ask.
