Suggest Treatment For Bumps Around Intergluteal Cleft

Hello there I have 3 year old twins who have bumps going up and down both sides near the anal hole , not sure if it s from the fungus infection they have but their PCP prescribed clotrimazole cream applied twice a day. it s been a week and I have seen no improvement. what do you think it could be?

Fungal infections can take a long time to respond , in some cases, up to 3 weeks.

You should consider continuing the cream, if no improvement occurs within the next week or it worsens then he should be reviewed.
