Hi,

As per your query you have bump on lower buttocks which seems to be frictional heat generation and hair follicle infection.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply cream mometasone fusidic acid as this is steroid antibiotic combination on the affected areas twice daily. Wear loose clothes. Avoid pinching and popping the area as can get further infected. Maintain complete hygiene and keep area little dry. Visit dermatologist once if symptoms keeps on persisting. Start treatment after complete examination and proper prescription.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
