Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have been diagnosed as bulging disc as per MRI in history. .

This is leading you the back pain and burning thigh by nerve compression...

Intially medical management done here..
You will prescribed anti-inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxent drug ..

You might refer to physiotherapist for examination and exercises accordingly...

If no improvement with physiotherapy and drugs than only surgical management needed like laminotomy or dissectomy...

Take care

With keeping these in mind consult orthopedic surgeon for examination and further work up

Hope your concern solved
